Plan Pact — Terms of Use

Effective date: June 9, 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Plan Pact ("the App"), provided by Emil Abramov ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The service

Plan Pact lets you create events, manage shared tasks, invite collaborators, and track related details. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

Any expenses, splits, and balances shown in the App are informational only. The App does not process, hold, or transfer money between users, and we are not responsible for settling balances or for the accuracy of amounts you enter.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country).

4. Subscriptions (Plan Pact Pro)

• Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue Apple refunds directly.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the App unlawfully, infringe others' rights, upload harmful content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process it to operate the App (including sharing it with collaborators you invite).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any data loss.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the App or on this page.
